AZL Marketing modernized a 12-year digital presence for Spanish Tutor Miami, preserving SEO value while improving the lesson experience, conversions, and CRM-connected lead capture.

What we built

  • Modernized homepage and service-page system designed around personalized Spanish instruction
  • Five clear lesson paths: Private Spanish Lessons, Small Group Spanish Lessons, Career Spanish, Spanish for Kids, and Travel Spanish Express
  • SEO-preserving URL strategy built around the domain's existing search history
  • Dedicated local landing content supporting Spanish lesson searches in Miami
  • Teacher-led brand presentation featuring Ana and the instructional team
  • Student-story review sections using real Google testimonials as conversion proof
  • Improved internal linking between programs, teachers, reviews, and Miami-specific content
  • Search-focused headings, metadata, FAQs, and service content designed for traditional and AI-assisted search
  • GoHighLevel form integration so website leads enter the existing CRM and follow-up system
  • Cloudflare infrastructure for DNS, caching, security, and performance management
  • Mobile-first layouts with clear consultation CTAs throughout the site
  • Updated privacy and terms pages supporting the broader advertising and lead-generation ecosystem

The design strategy

Professional without becoming corporate

The previous site had personality, but visually leaned too youthful. An early redesign moved too far in the opposite direction and felt muted and generic. The final direction intentionally sits between those extremes.

We retained the recognizable Spanish Tutor Miami identity while introducing:

  • Deep navy foundations
  • Warm neutral backgrounds
  • Muted coral, teal, blue, gold, and purple accents
  • Strong editorial typography
  • Cleaner spacing
  • Subtle cultural references
  • Real teacher and student imagery

The result feels more mature without losing the warmth and energy that made the original brand recognizable.

Search strategy

SEO was not added after the design. It shaped the architecture from the beginning.

Spanish Tutor Miami already had years of search history, so we avoided unnecessary URL changes and organized the site around distinct search intent. Key themes include:

  • Spanish Tutor Miami
  • Spanish Lessons in Miami
  • Private Spanish Lessons
  • One-on-One Spanish Tutoring
  • Small Group Spanish Lessons
  • Career Spanish
  • Spanish Lessons for Kids
  • Online Spanish Lessons
  • Travel Spanish

The site also uses descriptive internal links, answer-oriented FAQs, clear instructor information, local Miami context, and crawlable HTML content so search engines and AI systems can more easily understand the business and its services.

More than a website

This project also demonstrates how AZL approaches long-term client work. The website is connected to the broader growth system rather than operating as a standalone brochure.

  • Website: Conversion-focused WordPress experience
  • Search: SEO, Local SEO, service architecture, and AI-search readiness
  • CRM: Custom GHL lead capture and automated follow-up
  • Paid Media: Meta advertising and dedicated lead workflows
  • Reputation: Google reviews and student success stories incorporated into the conversion experience
  • Infrastructure: Cloudflare DNS, performance, security, and domain management
