Privacy Policy

AZL Marketing is a digital marketing agency based in Miami, Florida. This policy covers azlmarketing.com and the forms and tools hosted on it. It does not cover websites we build or manage for our clients, which have their own policies.

We collect two kinds of information: what you type into a form, and basic technical data your browser sends automatically.

• Details you give us. Name, email address, phone number, business name, and anything you write in a message field when you submit a contact form, a popup form, a tool on the site, or the Google Maps ranking scanner.
• Scan requests. If you use the Google Maps ranking scanner, we also receive the business and the search term you asked us to check, so we can produce and send your report.
• Usage data. Pages viewed, approximate location by city, device and browser type, referring site, and how you move through the site. This comes from analytics cookies and is not tied to your name unless you also submit a form.

We use your information to reply to you, to prepare and deliver anything you requested such as a report or a proposal, and to understand which pages are useful so we can improve them.

• Responding to you. Answering an enquiry, sending a quote, or booking a call you asked for.
• Delivering what you requested. Producing and emailing a visibility report, a playbook, or another resource you signed up for.
• Follow up about our services. If you contacted us or requested a resource, we may follow up by email or phone about related services. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to stop at any time.
• Measurement. Aggregate reporting on traffic and which pages lead to enquiries.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising. We do use service providers who process it on our behalf:

• GoHighLevel. Our CRM. Every form submission on this site is stored there so we can follow up.
• Local Brand Manager. Runs the Google Maps ranking scanner. If you use the scanner, the details you enter go to them to generate your report, and they email the report to you.
• Google. Google Analytics measures site usage. Google Maps and Places power the business lookup in the scanner form.
• Cloudflare. Hosts and serves the site, and handles security filtering.
• Stripe. Processes payment if you buy our paid audit. Checkout happens on Stripe, so we receive confirmation of the purchase but never your full card details.
• Legal requirements. We will disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.

This site uses Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies to recognise repeat visits and measure how the site is used. These cookies do not tell us who you are by name.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and Google offers a browser add-on that opts you out of Google Analytics entirely. Blocking them does not stop you using the site.

Enquiries and leads stay in our CRM while there is an active or potential working relationship, and for up to three years after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Analytics data is kept for the retention period set in Google Analytics, which is currently 14 months.

Wherever you are, you can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. We will not treat you differently for asking.

• Unsubscribe. Use the link in any marketing email, or reply and tell us to stop.
• Access or deletion. Email us and we will confirm what we hold and remove it on request.
• California residents. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA. You may still request access or deletion.
• EU and UK visitors. Our services are aimed at businesses in the United States. If you contact us from the EU or UK, you have the right to access, correct, erase, or object to our use of your information.

The site is served over HTTPS, form submissions are transmitted encrypted, and access to our CRM is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so we do not claim it is, but we do not ask for sensitive information such as payment card or government ID numbers through this site's forms.

This site is for business audiences and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

When we change how we handle information, we update this page and the date at the top. Material changes will be noted here rather than made quietly.
